KAFD Content Gap Analysis

Conducted a full content gap analysis for King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) to identify high-intent opportunities and improve topical coverage across both English and Arabic content. Using SERP reviews, GSC data, and competitive benchmarking, I compared current site performance against search demand.
Findings revealed strong visibility for core terms (e.g., “financial district,” “office spaces in Riyadh”) but underrepresentation in strategic themes such as “live-work-play,” “smart city projects,” “innovation and fintech hubs,” and “intellectual property law firms.”
Recommended creating new SEO landing pages for these topics, reworking thin media content into evergreen assets, strengthening internal linking and information architecture between leasing, lifestyle, and innovation pages, and building parallel Arabic versions for high-priority themes. The roadmap outlined next steps including “live-work-play,” “innovation hub,” and “smart city projects,” with GSC tracking to validate impact and ranking gains.
